Head of Vehicle Engineering

Lead a multidisciplinary vehicle hardware engineering team from concept through flight, owning engineering vision, technical execution, and hiring across structures, fluid systems, mechanisms, and avionics enclosures. Define and drive the vehicle engineering roadmap, manage resources, and set technical standards through design reviews, qualification planning, and risk-based decisions. Partner closely with propulsion, avionics, manufacturing, and mission assurance to deliver flight-ready hardware on aggressive schedules.
