  • •Define and execute the vehicle engineering technical roadmap, balancing flight-ready execution with building containerized, mass-producible product lines.
  • •Drive design reviews, qualification plans, and risk-based decision-making as senior technical authority for hardware architecture and trade studies.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related engineering from an accredited university.
  • •8–12 years of progressive hardware design and development experience.
  • •Direct people-management responsibility for multiple engineers, disciplines, or sub-teams.
  • •Proven track record taking mission-critical hardware from concept through qualification and field operations in aerospace/defense environments.
  • •Deep technical fluency in mechanical design and areas including structural mechanics, fluid systems, manufacturing processes, GD&T, and DFM/DFA.
