Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership for service repair, upgrades/enhancements, service agreements, and installation activities tied to customer connectivity.
  • •Own P&L responsibilities including monthly revenue forecasting and driving service agreement base growth.
  • •Oversee service coordination to respond efficiently to customers and ensure technicians are trained and appropriately balanced across the district.
  • •Attract, coach, counsel, train, and develop service employees, driving continuous improvement through performance management and technical training programs.
  • •Ensure environmental, health and safety compliance within the service team, including training for safe work in the shop and at customer sites.

Salary: CAD 90,600 - 163,170 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in HVAC or a related field, with technical systems/equipment or skilled trades knowledge.
  • •At least 3 years managing and coaching large teams, coordinating work schedules, and working within a unionized environment.
  • •Project management skills to drive successful execution for startups and customer requests.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft applications; Salesforce experience is an asset.
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the previous 3 years.
