Job Summary

Growth Manager will drive partnership growth across HelloFresh, Youfoodz and EveryPlate by onboarding high-value partners, securing commercial agreements, and optimizing existing partnerships through data-driven initiatives. Key Responsibilities

•Identify and onboard high-value partners to grow the partnerships channel and drive conversions.
•Lead proactive outreach and negotiate high-value commercial agreements and exposure opportunities.
•Optimize performance of existing partnerships through data-driven initiatives, including landing page and creative strategy enhancements.
•Build and nurture strong relationships with high-value partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
•Collaborate with local and global teams (Brand, Product Marketing, Analytics) to integrate partner offers into seasonal campaigns.

•Highly organized and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
