Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop new memory products by owning overall logic design of the on-chip memory controller, including all optimizations and pathfinding.
  • •Interpret device and system specifications to deliver required functionality and create design architecture spec documents for new features.
  • •Assist in schematics and RTL block design, and lead projects by planning/prioritizing resources, scheduling, and designer management.
  • •Serve as primary logic design contact for NAND product progress, supervise task completion, and prepare project status reports for upper management.
  • •Lead verification processes: create verification plans, perform RTL and synthesized netlist verification across levels, deliver design simulation, and support silicon validation/tape-out revisions.
