Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the implementation of the Health Physics master plan, including radiation dose control, dose assessment, and compliance with regulatory radiation dosage limits.
  • •Manage Radio Isotopes (RI) storage and conduct periodic leak tests to ensure RI containment within required bounds.
  • •Support commissioning, start-up, and Power Ascension Test (PAT) planning for RP, and track exposure dose for radiation workers reporting compliance (FANR).
  • •Establish training expectations, monitor and evaluate staff performance, verify training programs, and provide training feedback on effectiveness.
  • •Support operational planning (systems/processes and procedures), monitor Operational and financial KPIs, and ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and business continuity requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree.
  • •Preferred: Master of Science degree.
  • •Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
  • •Preferred: 7 years of relevant experience, including 2 years of Nuclear Power Plant experience (with 3 months BNPP site experience and 6 months participation in radiation protection activities at a nuclear power plant).
  • •Ability to lead ALARA and health physics standards implementation, training, and compliance activities.
