Key Responsibilities

  • •Own three partnership ecosystems end to end: strategy through signed deal through live integration.
  • •Drive native, embedded integrations with HR technology platforms to move from surface-level syncs.
  • •Expand PI’s MCP and LLM platform presence so PI’s behavioral data becomes the grounding layer for AI-mediated people decisions.
  • •Embed PI inside productivity surfaces used by knowledge workers (Slack, Teams, Google Workspace, Zoom).
  • •Structure commercial models behind each partnership and build the partnership function as it scales.

Salary: USD 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years in strategic technology partnerships in enterprise software, including 5+ years leading the function or owning a partnership P&L.
  • •Personal track record signing and operating partnerships with major platform companies.
  • •Fluency in technically deep, API-first integrations (not channel/referral partnerships).
  • •Working knowledge of today’s AI ecosystem, including MCP and LLM platform integrations, agent registries, and developer relations.
  • •Executive presence to open doors at senior-most levels and operate independently once inside.
