Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication with agency holding groups and media reps, ensuring transparency and operational excellence.
•Assess sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue pacing with agency partners; identify gaps, risks, and acceleration opportunities via structured business reviews.
•Drive adoption of Netflix Ads platform capabilities within agency sales teams so they can position Netflix effectively with advertisers.
•Develop frameworks to streamline workflows and improve execution quality across briefing, planning, trafficking, measurement, and reporting.
•Partner cross-functionally to ensure flawless campaign delivery and provide market/partner feedback to improve product, operations, and go-to-market strategy.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in advertising sales, agency management, or media partnership roles in New Zealand’s advertising ecosystem.
•Deep understanding of agency structures, media rep business models, and advertiser decision-making processes in New Zealand.
•Proven ability to build and scale strategic relationships with agency leadership and execute long-term commercial negotiations.
•Ability to synthesize data, identify insights, and translate them into actionable strategies, revenue plans, and operational improvements.
•Exceptional communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders from practitioners to C-suite executives.
