Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, maintain, and govern sell-in data on the B2B platform and support it in the ERP (Brightpearl) when needed.
  • •Work with merchandising to ensure the B2B tool is ready for seasonal sell-in and launch in season.
  • •Establish and administer customer accounts and user access within the B2B platform.
  • •Support, test, and validate new business initiatives within ERP and B2B systems while improving end-to-end processes.
  • •Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system and process flow issues to minimize business impact.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •Greater than 2 years of experience in a B2B admin or customer service role.
  • •Strong Excel skills (a validation test will be done).
  • •Experience using a B2B tool is required.
  • •Experience with SAP Master Data or Order to Cash areas preferred.
