Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and own data contracts and processing semantics for identity, deployment context, eligibility, audience attributes, deduplication, and field persistence across the data lifecycle.
  • •Build end-to-end observability and reconciliation to explain how source records become downstream outcomes, including freshness, rejected records, safe replay, and repair of historical state.
  • •Lead technical discovery and delivery across Member Marketing and Coverage Eligibility while collaborating with Product, data, and external partners.
  • •Partner with Product and Growth stakeholders to turn evolving audience/workflow requirements into reusable platform capabilities while separating business policy from technical implementation.
  • •Modernize legacy file-based processes toward well-contracted, event-driven integrations with resilience, security, and correctness/auditability (provenance, consent/suppression, rollback, safeguards).

Salary: USD 176,500 - 228,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong backend engineering experience building and operating scalable, reliable production systems, ideally involving APIs, event-driven architectures, or data integrations.
  • •Experience designing data-intensive systems with correctness driven by explicit schemas, identity/entity resolution, incremental processing, idempotency, lineage, reconciliation, and recovery from partial failure.
  • •Proactive, ownership-first mindset with high agency to navigate ambiguity and drive problems to completion while keeping stakeholders aligned.
  • •Demonstrated technical leadership, including establishing architecture/engineering standards and mentoring senior engineers.
  • •Experience with B2B or partner-facing data systems (file-based integrations, real-time data exchanges, or partner APIs).
