Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, maintain, and upgrade customer equipment.
  • •Apply basic diagnostic techniques (with assistance) to assess and address equipment technical issues.
  • •Collaborate with Senior Customer Engineers and/or customers to understand roadmaps, process flows, requirements, and business challenges.
  • •Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems.
  • •Coordinate and communicate directly with customers; train and mentor junior Customer Engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •4-7 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry or other equipment support industry.
  • •Associate degree, military technical training, field service experience, or trade certification.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude with pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, and/or thermodynamics.
  • •Strong hand-tool knowledge, including appropriate usage of digital multimeters.
  • •Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, plus effective written and verbal communication.
