Key Responsibilities

  • •Build information models, analyze multidimensional and relational data, and generate analytic reports with data mapping.
  • •Automate processes including data extraction, formatting, calculations, consolidations, and macro-based routines.
  • •Validate and verify content by developing controls to ensure information integrity.
  • •Support key sales operations tasks including forecasts, partner follow-up, performance reports, invoicing, consulting projects, and premium contract operations support.
  • •Monitor invoice processes, analyze supplier contracts and accruals, support small projects and controlling during closing periods, and assist project managers.

Key Requirements

  • •Recent university graduate with a Bachelor’s degree.
  • •0–2 years of professional experience (not including internships), with a maximum of 1–2 years of professional experience.
  • •Strong English/Spanish knowledge (Spanish preferred).
  • •Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, preferably Excel and Power BI.
  • •Ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflows and apply best practices for ethical and effective outcomes.
