Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end leadership for Applied's AHS delivery across strategic site operators.
  • •Develop and run a New Product Introduction (NPI) process with clear gateways from production through subsequent field releases.
  • •Own regular SteerCos with site operators, including presentation materials, meeting facilitation, and delivery sign-off.
  • •Align workstream leads across Engineering, Finance, Quality, Product Support, Procurement, and Legal on gateway goals and hold them accountable for execution.
  • •Cultivate executive-level connections with site operators and become a trusted advisor through production and beyond.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years leading complex, cross-functional technical programs in automotive, industrial, or robotics domains.
  • •Prior experience running or building a formal NPI/gated development process.
  • •Experience owning delivery to an external customer at production scale.
  • •Strong communication skills and a track record of driving alignment across engineering, quality, and business functions.
  • •Experience in mining, construction, ports, or industrial site operations (nice to have).
