Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise day-to-day operations of the fitness team and ensure standards and procedures are followed.
  • •Provide high-level, up-to-date, tailored fitness services and handle guest/member interactions, orientations, tours, and disputes.
  • •Ensure team operations comply with Kempinski SOPs, policies, and Health & Safety requirements, while maintaining confidentiality.
  • •Plan and coordinate employee scheduling and holiday planning; develop monthly goal-setting, planning, follow-up, and reporting.
  • •Drive fitness centre revenue and profitability by managing budgets, controlling costs, reviewing costs, and overseeing inventory, ordering, and par levels.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, Sports Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • •5 years’ experience in an international-standard health club and a similar Fitness Manager role.
  • •Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment with excellent oral and written skills.
  • •Strong leadership, communication, and detail-oriented approach with professionalism and grooming standards.
  • •Knowledge of budgets, P&Ls, and KPIs, including creating fitness service menus, membership programmes, marketing plans, and driving sales.
