Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, coach, develop, lead, and motivate the branch team to deliver excellent client service.
  • •Manage branch operations and ensure compliance with operational, security, audit, and regulatory procedures.
  • •Drive small business growth through retention, expansion, and acquisition tactics, including outside calling and relationship building.
  • •Recruit, identify talent, interview, select, onboard, and train teammates while managing staffing and schedules, including coverage across branches as needed.
  • •Provide disciplined coaching and performance management through observational coaching, joint sales calls, and use of training tools.

Salary: USD 69,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
  • •Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales capacity with the ability to lead and coach a successful sales team (required).
  • •Minimum 3 years of demonstrated small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations (required).
  • •General understanding of financial statements and demonstrated understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports (required).
