Provide friendly, attentive service to guests in a fast-paced, loud venue environment. Suggestively sell beverages and menu items, take orders, and communicate drink requests to the bar via the point-of-sale system. Maintain clean tables and sanitation standards, handle cash and card payments, and ensure responsible alcohol service—including refusing service to intoxicated guests—while supporting other team members as needed.
