Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure prospect coverage through disciplined calling, understanding prospect strategic/financial objectives, and partnering with product partners to develop relationships and sell the full suite of bank products.
  • •Develop and maintain a robust prospect acquisition pipeline.
  • •Transfer developed opportunities to Relationship Managers (RMs) effectively.
  • •Apply the TCB Sales Excellence process to align with product partners and accelerate new client acquisition.
  • •Stay current on financial/banking product knowledge, financial markets, relevant regulations, and business trends; surface issues for resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field/experience.
  • •Minimum of three years commercial banking experience preferred, focused on middle market and corporate clients, or other relevant business development/sales experience.
  • •Strong interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written) to work with all levels of employees, management, internal partners, and clients.
  • •Strong organizational skills, including the ability to identify and solve problems and manage multiple priorities/workstreams.
