Job Summary

Own scalable Launchpad programs for early-stage, VC-backed startups in the Bay Area, acting as a primary technical and relational presence for founder communities and accelerators. Help founders configure and implement Salesforce to realize value using Agentforce, Headless 360, APIs, and integrations. Build repeatable onboarding and cohort-level engagement, enable Salesforce SMB sales teams with technical context, and contribute to portfolio performance insights and program strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and build scalable technical on-ramps for early-stage startups, including onboarding workflows and lightweight implementation guides.
•Own a high-volume territory of VC-backed startups and maintain relationships with accelerators and founder communities for repeatable cohort engagement.
•Help founders implement and derive value from Salesforce by configuring use cases and connecting integrations while demonstrating Agentforce capabilities.
•Serve as a bridge between founder technical questions and the Salesforce ecosystem, knowing when to go deep yourself and when to bring in the right resource.
•Run enablement sessions for Salesforce SMB sales teams and contribute to portfolio performance reviews and strategy insights.

•Strong familiarity with the startup ecosystem, including how early-stage companies make GTM and platform decisions with low friction.
•Exceptional communication skills and a scrappy, high-volume approach to relationship building.
