Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and develop the Integrated Management System in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and BRC/FSSC 22000.
  • •Manage system documentation (procedures, instructions, forms, records) and oversee the SQA database (complaints, nonconformities, corrective actions).
  • •Prepare and execute an annual internal audit plan; participate in external audits with certification bodies, clients, and suppliers.
  • •Prepare metrics, analyses, reports, and presentations for leadership and support management review meetings.
  • •Support process owners to adapt processes to standards and help drive continuous improvement and product safety activities, including microbiological tests and DDD actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Higher technical education or education in quality management.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience in audits, internal control, or managing quality systems in a manufacturing company.
  • •Practical ability to conduct internal audits (auditor authorization is a plus).
  • •Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and food safety standards (BRC/FSSC 22000) with hands-on process oversight experience.
  • •Good knowledge of MS Office tools and MRP systems; communicative English for daily collaboration.
