Job Summary

Maintain and improve an Integrated Management System (ZSZ) for quality, safety, and process compliance. You’ll oversee system documentation and the SQA database, plan and support internal and external audits, and monitor corrective and improvement actions. Prepare KPI reporting and management review inputs, partner with process owners and certification bodies, and support product safety activities (including microbiological tests and DDD) while driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned with ISO and BRC/FSSC standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and develop the Integrated Management System (ZSZ) in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and BRC/FSSC 22000.
•Manage system documentation and supervise the SQA database (complaints, nonconformities, corrective actions).
•Prepare and execute the annual internal audit plan, and participate in external audits with certification bodies, customers, and suppliers.
•Support audits by monitoring implementation of corrective and improvement actions, and provide analyses, indicators, and management review inputs.
•Support product safety activities (including microbiological tests and DDD) and drive continuous improvement initiatives and identification of risks and opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Higher technical education or education in quality management.
•Minimum 1 year of experience in audits, internal control, or managing quality systems in a manufacturing company.
•Practical ability to run internal audits (auditor qualifications are a plus).
•Very good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and BRC/FSSC 22000 with experience supervising processes compliant with these requirements.
•Good knowledge of MS Office tools and familiarity with MRP systems, plus communicative English for daily collaboration.
