UK Cyber Lead CMB

Drive cybersecurity strategy and controls across HSBC UK’s Commercial Banking (CMB) entities, ensuring risk management and governance stay aligned to business goals and risk appetite. Report to the UK CMB Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and partner with technology and business stakeholders on continuous improvement of security processes, tooling, and incident management. Lead day-to-day engagement, strengthen security culture, coordinate major-incident response, and support audits, evidence, and regulatory engagement.
