Job Summary

Lead project quality management for ADNOC projects in Abu Dhabi, partnering with the Integrated Project Management Team to set quality policies, objectives, and plans. Develop and manage the QA/QC organization and audit/monitoring program, establish QA/QC specifications, and define KPIs with regular reporting. Validate EPC contractors’ QMS and approve QA/QC and inspection/test plans, manage quality interfaces with suppliers/contractors, and drive investigations and lessons learned.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop the Project Quality Management Policy and quality objectives with the Integrated Project Management Team (IPMT).
•Develop and manage the Project Quality Plan, QA/QC organization, resource plan, and department budget.
•Prepare and implement the project audit and monitoring program, QA/QC specifications, and quality improvement dashboard.
•Set Project QA/QC KPIs and ensure regular performance reporting and feedback to key stakeholders, including lessons learned.
•Validate and approve the QMS and review/approve EPC contractors’ and vendors’ QA/QC plans and inspection/test plans; lead investigations into QA/QC concerns and coordinate quality interfaces with outsourced providers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
•Master’s degree in management (or equivalent).
•20+ years of experience within the oil & gas sector, including PMC or EPC Quality Manager experience on large projects.
•Good written and verbal communication skills.
•Knowledge of relevant international codes and standards.
