Provide an industry-leading client experience by building and expanding relationships in person and on the phone. Consult with clients to identify financial needs, offer appropriate deposit and credit solutions, and refer more complex goals to internal specialists. Cross-train for teller duties, support retail community bank leadership routines, maintain internal controls and risk management, and meet individual and branch service and sales targets.
