Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain liaison with owners, prime contractors, or subcontractors to facilitate construction activities.
  • •Monitor and control project execution with the on-site superintendent to stay on schedule and within budget, including corrective actions.
  • •Monitor overall project safety for employees.
  • •Coordinate materials, trucking, and subcontractor work.
  • •Manage contract financial aspects (fee payment, rental equipment, income/expenses) and represent the company in project meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Construction Management Degree or 5+ years in the heavy civil construction industry.
