Job Summary

Senior Manager, Sourcing will build and own Crusoe's corporate services procurement function, leading end-to-end sourcing strategy and supplier management across IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, and Travel. You will manage Sourcing Specialists, drive spend analytics and category strategies, negotiate contracts, mitigate risk, and partner with executives to support rapid scale of AI infrastructure.

•Build, own, and execute sourcing strategies for corporate services categories, including IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, and Travel
•Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from market analysis and strategy development through contract negotiation and supplier performance management
•Serve as a key business partner to corporate leaders, delivering value, mitigating risk, and ensuring the right supplier relationships to support Crusoe’s growth
•Lead and manage Sourcing Specialists and build out the corporate procurement team
•Conduct spend analysis, develop category strategies with measurable cost savings, and drive continuous improvement across corporate procurement

•Hands-on experience with P2P systems (e.g., Coupa, Zip, SAP Ariba)
