Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess, investigate, and evaluate commercial claims from inception to resolution across multiple lines of business.
  • •Ensure claims handling complies with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
  • •Analyze claim data for trends and opportunities and prepare claim reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate claim processing, resolution, and customer experience.

  • •Mandatory Singapore College of Insurance certifications: BCP, PGI, ComGl, and HI.
