Personal Banker I - Shallowford DeNovo

Serve as a Retail Personal Banker who connects with customers using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify current and future financial needs. Build strong product knowledge across retail consumer and small business solutions, use CAMP and marketing tools to set appointments, and cross-sell while supporting outside sales and community events. Process teller transactions, work as platform staff, partner with business groups, and meet customer experience and production goals.
