Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the Data Foundations product/service roadmaps to match user needs, resource plans, and QCD impacts (quality, cost, timelines).
  • •Set and track key KPIs for service health and attractiveness, and drive platform engineering approaches (onboarding acceleration, observability, FinOps, lineage, abstraction of underlying complexity).
  • •Manage dependencies between Data Foundations products/services and arbitrate related budgets.
  • •Coordinate Zenith program contributions by gathering stakeholder needs, enriching the Data services catalog, evolving the product development approach, and presenting roadmap delivery progress.
  • •Ensure workforce planning alignment, adapt organization to changing priorities, manage teams through reporting, and build recruitment plans for top profiles.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience leading complex programs and managing data projects end-to-end.
  • •Experience managing dependencies and delivering structured roadmaps/portfolios of products or services.
  • •Strong stakeholder management, including regular engagement with executive-level decision makers.
  • •Financial follow-up and ability to manage significant budgets.
  • •Demonstrated people management experience, including leading large, multidisciplinary teams.
