Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and follow the daily work schedule and communicate scheduling needs to the Job Setter to ensure materials and verified inventory are available.
  • •Review specifications and required drawings to ensure proper machine setup.
  • •Assemble capacitor units by slitting, cutting, and folding insulation paper, and by using banding machines, crimpers, and other small hand tools.
  • •Meet departmental safety and productivity goals while working with the Group Leader, Job Setter, and Production Supervisor.
  • •Ensure compliance with quality procedures (quality alerts, process deviation requirements, error-proofing devices, and VOPs) and complete daily 5S+ activities, including training and assisting other team members as needed.
