Key Responsibilities

•Shape and scale best practices for technical communication
•Own end-to-end documentation for multiple product domains across rapid release cycles
•Create and maintain user guides, API docs, release notes, onboarding flows, and in-product microcopy
•Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, internal automation workflows) to streamline writing, editing, research, and documentation operations
•Collaborate deeply with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable content

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment
•Strong technical proficiency, with the ability to understand and document complex systems
•Hands-on experience incorporating AI tools into documentation workflows (e.g., content generation, editing, automation) and using them to improve efficiency and scale
•Experience leveraging analytics and user behavior insights (e.g., Pendo or similar tools) to improve documentation effectiveness and user experience
