Job Summary

Lead product newness and replenishment allocation for SEA retail and outlet channels across lifestyle categories. Own allocation strategy using sales analysis, financial projections, door profiling, seasonality, events, and category plans to ensure the right product reaches stores at the right time. Execute weekly replenishment and store-to-store transfers, perform in-season inventory balancing, and partner with DC/logistics and retail/visual merchandising to support launches, promotions, and store openings.

Key Responsibilities

•Create and support allocation and inventory strategy using sales analysis and financial projection (door profiling, category plan, trends, seasonality, events).
•Execute allocation for all regions’ stores to meet sales and inventory goals, including initial planning, weekly replenishment, store-to-store transfers, and new store allocations.
•Perform in-season analysis to recommend regional inventory balancing opportunities to drive financial results and product productivity.
•Partner with DC/logistics to fine-tune inbound/outbound shipment schedules and volume projections for smooth inventory flow.
•Communicate allocation plans, delivery status, and inventory strategies with stores and cross-functional partners; visit stores bi-weekly to identify opportunities and develop action plans.

Key Requirements

•3-5 years’ retail business experience; Merchandise Allocation/Planning experience preferred.
•Proven track record of buying/merchandising/allocation success for a multinational brand/company.
•Experience managing multiple direct reports.
•Analytical ability to translate data into actionable recommendations with clear communication.
•Intermediate to Advanced Excel; proficiency with merchandising/planning systems and SAP is a plus.
