•Design and structure financial solutions aligned to client objectives, credit standards, and responsible banking practices.

Key Requirements

•3 to 4 years of experience in relationship banking (or equivalent work experience) plus typically a bachelor’s degree.
•Expert consultative selling, financial analysis, and relationship management skills.
•Strong business acumen with underwriting expertise and product knowledge to deliver client solutions.
•Knowledge of lending policies, credit structures, products/services, and regulatory requirements.
•Ability to complete and maintain NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and comply with Regulation Z requirements.
