Job Summary

Help make data central to how products and AI agents perform by defining metrics and running experiments that connect model changes to real client outcomes. Design and interpret A/B tests, investigate anomalies and regressions, and conduct deep analyses across conversations and workflows. Partner with Product, Engineering, and ML teams to improve instrumentation and experimentation, and build dashboards and analytical tools to translate insights into product and ML roadmap decisions.

•Define and track product, feature, and agent-level metrics.
•Design, run, and interpret A/B tests for model changes, prompts, agent behavior, workflows, and product features.

•Connect offline model evaluations with production performance and real-world customer impact, including root-cause analyses of anomalies and regressions.
•Build dashboards and self-serve tools, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

•Ability to translate ambiguous product questions into rigorous analyses and actionable recommendations.
