Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the global community strategy and operating model, including the audience thesis and what is built centrally versus run in-region.
  • •Lead, coach, and scale a global team spanning ambassadors programs, regional community leads, and enterprise champion programs.
  • •Define a measurement framework that replaces activity metrics, partnering with Product and Data Science to segment users and track retained users and product adoption outcomes.
  • •Build community across audiences and seniority levels, tuning programs and voice without fragmenting the overall experience.
  • •Connect bottoms-up enterprise adoption to expansion by architecting champions, train-the-trainer motions, and partner ecosystem initiatives integrated into account planning.
