Data Scientist to join Yassir’s AI team focusing on Personalization and Recommendation Engines. You will model data, identify ML opportunities, collaborate with Engineering and Product, and deploy ML solutions using MLOps. Strong Python/SQL, production-grade practices, and cloud experience (GCP preferred) are expected to drive data-driven personalization across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

•Become an expert point of contact and thought leader on your scope by mastering the details and principles pertaining to it.
•Focus on Personalization and Recommendation Engines capabilities and identify ML opportunities related to your scope and beyond
•Collaborate with cross-functional Engineering and Product teams and support ML project requirements & prioritization
•Champion Data Quality as a critical input component to all ML solutions and Analytics; monitor model performance and data drift
•Deploy and test ML applications using our MLOps infrastructure and communicate results to stakeholders

Key Requirements

•Masters degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science or Software Engineering
•3+ years of industry experience with production-quality Python and SQL
•Solid software engineering concepts: profiling, optimization, scalability, testing, cost optimization
•Experience with Personalisation and Evaluation problems and/or modelling techniques
•Excellent communication in professional English and ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
