Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business customers to identify, assess, aggregate, and document risks and compliance controls, including third-party operations and risks from new/modified offerings.
  • •Communicate risk and compliance results to governance committees, business process owners, and leadership.
  • •Implement new risk policies, practices, appetites, and solutions to ensure multidisciplinary understanding and management of risks.
  • •Execute assigned risk and compliance activities per enterprise policies and procedures and maintain/regulatory landscape knowledge.
  • •Coordinate and respond to regulatory requirements and requests to ensure examination execution; contribute to strategies/tools/methodologies to measure and report risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •4 years relevant experience in risk, compliance, legal, or audit within the financial services or insurance industry (or specialized technical fields related to the role).
  • •Second Line of Defense risk and/or compliance experience in a highly matrixed environment.
  • •Knowledge of compliance laws, regulations, and regulatory expectations, and the ability to consult and provide guidance.
