Lead reliability and continuous improvement for Epiroc equipment fleets across the Democratic Republic of Congo. Key Responsibilities

•Lead reliability initiatives across Epiroc fleets in DRC by monitoring KPIs such as availability, utilization, MTBF, MTTR, and operating costs.
•Coordinate and conduct root cause analyses with site teams, technical experts, and product companies to diagnose and address equipment issues.
•Define, implement, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions to resolve problems and prevent recurrence.
•Support technical upgrade programs and product improvement initiatives to enhance fleet performance and customer satisfaction.
•Use digital tools and performance analytics to inform decision-making and optimize fleet operations while complying with safety regulations, quality standards, OEM protocols, customer requirements, and local legislation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
•At least 10 years of progressive experience across mining equipment operations, product support, fleet management, reliability engineering, maintenance management, and continuous improvement projects.
•Preferred experience with underground mining equipment, OEM environments, and African mining operations.
•Fluent English and French advantageous.
