Job Summary

Manage shipping, receiving, storage, and staging of raw materials and finished products. Prepare shipments with palletizing, wrapping, labeling, and documentation, load and unload inbound/outbound trucks, sample inbound goods, and inspect materials. Use a Warehouse Management System to put away and pull products by location, support inventory counts, maintain shipping/receiving records, and adjust orders for scheduling or shipping changes while following cGMPs, SOPs, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Receive materials and stock transfers; prepare shipments with palletizing, wrapping, labeling, and documentation.
•Load and unload transport trucks.
•Operate forklifts safely.
•Sample raw materials and inspect inbound/outbound trucks and materials.
•Use WMS to put away and pull products by warehouse locations; maintain shipping/receiving records and assist with inventory counts.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
•2+ years’ experience in a warehouse role.
•Forklift experience with a valid driver’s license.
•Experience using a Warehouse Management System (warehouse software) and basic computer skills.
•Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. and travel between Schenectady & Glenville warehouses.
