Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee Kerry’s Speak Up investigations framework to ensure concerns are assessed, triaged, investigated, and closed consistently, fairly, timely, and well-documented.
  • •Provide risk oversight and advisory support for third-party risk management, partnering to implement controls, workflows, reporting, and system-enabled processes.
  • •Lead advisory work for the Human Rights Compliance Program, including CSDDD and regulatory readiness activities and governance reporting.
  • •Develop reporting, metrics, and insights to identify trends, control gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • •Support audit readiness by ensuring compliance processes are well-documented and evidence-based for internal and external review.

Key Requirements

  • •Legal, compliance, risk, investigations, or governance background with a relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience in legal, compliance, risk, or investigations roles, ideally in a multinational or matrixed environment.
  • •Strong experience overseeing or conducting Speak Up/whistleblowing, ethics, workplace conduct, or sensitive investigations, including triage, case management, remediation, and governance.
  • •Practical third-party risk management experience (e.g., due diligence, sanctions screening, anti-bribery/corruption, conflicts of interest, gifts and entertainment) preferred.
  • •Experience designing, operating, or improving compliance processes, controls, procedures, guidance, or reporting frameworks.
