Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations and manage design scope within budget and programme constraints.
  • •Demonstrate strong technical understanding, maintain awareness of current industry practices, and lead QA for project deliverables to ensure standards and client requirements are met.
  • •Develop and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative environment and addressing skillset deficiencies within the wider team.
  • •Act as a strong communicator, engaging effectively with clients, team members, and external partners.
  • •Possess a strong knowledge of current health and safety legislation and actively embed a safety-first culture within your area of responsibility.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BEng Civil Engineering) or equivalent
  • •Be professionally qualified with a relevant body (ICE, CIWEM, etc.) or actively working towards accreditation
  • •Significant experience in the water or wastewater industry
