Key Responsibilities

•Own Intercom as the direct responsible owner for customer support, maintaining low first response time and time-to-close.
•Grow self-service by improving the FinAI chatbot and Help Center, and manage outbound product guidance (banners, pop-ups, tours, newsfeed).
•Track KPIs and run weekly analyses on metrics like response times, chatbot resolution rate, and CSAT to inform decisions.
•Serve as the enablement hub across Sales, CS, Marketing and Product to streamline updates and drive feature adoption.
•Partner with Product & Engineering to maintain a reliable flow of product information and align on upcoming releases; join customer calls when needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 69,100 - 92,700 annually

•Experience enabling internal and external product education through training content and programs.
•Familiarity with Intercom, Help Center, and LumiAcademy or similar enablement tools.
•Ability to analyze KPIs, track outcomes (e.g., first response time, time to close, CSAT) and surface actionable insights.
•Strong cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Product.
•Willingness to travel to the US for team and customer moments.
