Key Responsibilities

  • •Own resource management and staffing across the FDE delivery business to match people to engagements at the right time.
  • •Continuously optimize delivery processes by removing friction and standardizing workflows for consistent execution at scale.
  • •Lead project kickoff and onboarding to set engagements up for success from day one.
  • •Run ongoing run-the-business capacity management (RTB), balancing demand vs supply and surfacing risks/opportunities to leadership.
  • •Operationalize pricing support and guardrails, and enable bookings and deal support (deal desk and deal structuring) in partnership with Sales.

Salary: USD 226,000 - 297,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in delivery operations, execution operations, professional services operations, or revenue operations, ideally in enterprise software or services.
  • •5+ years in a leadership role with experience leading global or distributed teams.
  • •Demonstrated ability to run day-to-day delivery operations (staffing, capacity, utilization) while driving strategic initiatives like process optimization and AI adoption.
  • •Strong understanding of execution mechanics including pricing, bookings, deal desk, and deal structuring in a services or SaaS context.
  • •Systems proficiency with PSA/ERP and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Certinia/FinancialForce, Workday); SQL and AI-enabled analytics are a plus.
