Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead engineering activities including software architecture, requirements development, design, implementation, and testing/integration.
  • •Lead and approve the software development plan with architecture, major components, and delivery milestones in collaboration with program and FSL teams.
  • •Ensure teams develop, document, and maintain architecture, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and simulation frameworks.
  • •Collaborate with FSL hardware teams to deliver integrated simulation and lab products with first-time quality.
  • •Lead customer input collection, prioritize needs across stakeholders, coordinate across multiple scrum teams to meet deadlines, and perform technical design reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years programming in C, C++, or C#.
  • •5+ years in hardware/software integration, emulation, and/or testing, preferably in a lab environment.
  • •3+ years leading a software development team through the full software life cycle.
