Lead end-to-end execution of store operations across assigned retail locations, ensuring effective implementation of commercial strategies and brand standards. Drive growth through sales, profitability, productivity, and KPI attainment, while monitoring and acting on operational and commercial metrics. Supervise promoters and sales teams, manage staffing coverage, and coordinate hiring, onboarding, and HR personnel processes. Ensure inventory handling and conduct periodic operational evaluations to improve store performance and customer experience.
