Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute product strategy, vision, roadmap, and value proposition for seismic source equipment, systems, and related digital solutions.
  • •Identify market opportunities, emerging technologies, customer requirements, and competitive trends to drive product innovation and investment decisions.
  • •Build business cases and prioritize product initiatives based on commercial value, operational impact, and strategic objectives.
  • •Lead product lifecycle from concept to commercialization, collaborating with engineering, R&D, software, operations, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
  • •Monitor product performance using KPIs, customer feedback, and field data; support go-to-market activities with sales and business development teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geophysics, Marine/Ocean Engineering, Physics, Business, or a related technical discipline.
  • •7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the energy or marine technology sectors.
  • •Strong knowledge of underwater seismic acquisition and related technologies.
  • •Proven track record managing the product lifecycle from concept through launch.
  • •Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate ideas clearly, with strong analytical and strategic thinking.
