Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the global monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • •Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses.
  • •Oversee technical accounting and financial reporting, including review of technical accounting whitepapers and financial statements.
  • •Direct external audit engagements and coordinate audit deliverables for consolidated and international activities, including PBC list preparation.
  • •Drive business process and system improvements for automation, internal controls, global close efficiency, audit readiness, and management reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •CPA with 5+ years of public accounting and 7+ years of corporate accounting or finance experience at a pre-IPO or newly public software/SaaS company.

  • •Strong technical accounting capability to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and handle non-standard or complex transactions.
  • •Proven ability to improve processes, implement systems/automation, and strengthen accuracy, efficiency, and controls.
