Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the global monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
•Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses.
•Oversee technical accounting and financial reporting, including review of technical accounting whitepapers and financial statements.
•Direct external audit engagements and coordinate audit deliverables for consolidated and international activities, including PBC list preparation.
•Drive business process and system improvements for automation, internal controls, global close efficiency, audit readiness, and management reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 195,000 annually

Key Requirements

•CPA with 5+ years of public accounting and 7+ years of corporate accounting or finance experience at a pre-IPO or newly public software/SaaS company.
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
•Strong technical accounting capability to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and handle non-standard or complex transactions.
•Proven ability to improve processes, implement systems/automation, and strengthen accuracy, efficiency, and controls.
•Ability to think critically, identify discrepancies through analysis, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
