Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical expertise for implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting the Falcon Cloud Security platform and associated modules.
  • •Modify and use scripts and automation tools (Bash, PowerShell, CloudFormation, Terraform) to deploy Falcon Cloud Security solutions.
  • •Support customer deployment issues across enterprises and plan/report software deployment status.
  • •Work with customers and internal teams to integrate Falcon into existing tools and support vulnerability and asset management use cases.
  • •Lead deployment-related training sessions and provide mentorship to the Platform Professional Services team.

  • •Cloud expertise and certifications for AWS, Azure, or GCP; extensive knowledge of at least one public cloud.
  • •Extensive knowledge of cloud and container deployment technologies plus strong knowledge of CSPM.
  • •Expertise in Linux administration and CLI usage, with extensive Python scripting and proficiency across Windows, Mac, and Linux.
