Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as Business Affairs lead for the Global Instructor organization and strategic partner to the SVP, Global Content & Instructor Strategy.
  • •Lead instructor contract negotiations for new instructors and oversee instructor agreement lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, documentation, and governance.
  • •Develop and maintain operating model, processes, standards, workflows, and escalation paths for Global Instructor Operations.
  • •Oversee day-to-day instructor operations team execution (communications, talent support, resources, and operational workflows) and identify operational gaps to improve efficiency.
  • •Own Instructor Operations operating budget, oversee vendors/partners and resource requirements, and provide escalation and strategic oversight for major instructor initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive leadership experience in complex talent management, business affairs, live production, or operational environments.
  • •Experience managing complex talent relationships or executive-level stakeholders in relevant industries (e.g., entertainment, sports, agency, hospitality, or high-growth consumer brands).
  • •Proven ability building scalable processes, operating models, and systems for operational execution.
  • •Strong judgment and discretion working with high-profile talent and sensitive business matters.
