Job Summary

Help the TikTok LIVE team drive growth and improve creator and viewer experiences across the MENAT region. You’ll analyze live-stream engagement and user behavior, map user–creator interaction flows, and develop strategies to enhance content quality and monetization. Partner with product and cross-functional teams to build standout LIVE showcases and refine governance processes for handling creator violations.

•Drive content understanding and growth strategies for TikTok LIVE in the MENAT region using data analysis and strategic planning.

•Analyze user behavior and consumption motivations to develop actionable strategies to improve live stream quality.
•Create standout showcases for categories via content refinement and equipment upgrades, scaling through agencies and initiatives.
•Optimize governance processes to improve handling of creator violations and enhance overall governance experience.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher.
•Expertise in data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and strong strategic thinking/execution.
•Fluency in Arabic or Turkish, and proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
•Must be able to commit to at least a 3-month internship period.
