Job Summary

Elicit, document, and manage requirements across the delivery lifecycle, producing traceable analysis outputs such as user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria aligned to business outcomes and end-to-end client journeys. Key Responsibilities

•Elicit, document, and manage requirements across the delivery lifecycle to support agreed deliverables.
•Produce traceable analysis outputs, including user stories/requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria aligned to business outcomes.
•Maintain deliverable artefacts and progress updates, and prepare analysis/options/impact summaries for prioritisation and sequencing.
•Contribute to cross-functional and cross-product programmes, identifying dependencies, risks, and delivery impacts and escalating when needed.
•Ensure analysis outputs align to change management and risk frameworks, maintain audit-ready documentation, and support client onboarding and channel/product enablement.

•Engage stakeholders effectively to maintain alignment and deliver outcomes on time.
