Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and review public offering materials, including registration statements and prospectuses under the ’33 Act and private placement memoranda
•Prepare and review ’34 Act filings including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and Section 16 filings and manage the annual meeting proxy process
•Liaise with management and outside counsel on all aspects of corporate governance, including board and committee meeting planning and preparation of meeting materials
•Assist with private placement offerings for BREIT’s international and other fundraising efforts, including leading and managing legal workstreams for the structuring and launch of new initiatives and products
•Interpret and apply regulations related to the operation, communications, marketing and offering of securities in the United States and abroad, including application of Regulation D, Regulation S and “world sky” laws

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 225,000 - 275,000 annually
