Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate soft services operations across the assigned site, including housekeeping, cleaning, waste management, landscaping, pest control, and façade cleaning. Ensure services are delivered efficiently and consistently against contractual obligations, KPIs, SLAs, and HSE requirements. Lead and develop on-site teams and subcontractors, manage daily tasking and inspections, handle client/occupant coordination, and produce operational reports and KPI updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise day-to-day soft services activities across assigned facilities and ensure cleaning schedules and service plans are executed effectively.
•Coordinate housekeeping, waste management, landscaping, pest control, and specialized cleaning activities while maintaining adequate staffing levels.
•Supervise cleaners, housekeeping attendants, waste handlers, gardeners, and subcontractors; allocate daily tasks, monitor performance, and provide training.
•Conduct quality inspections (daily/weekly/monthly), identify deficiencies, implement corrective actions, and support client inspections and audits.
•Monitor KPI and SLA compliance, manage HSE requirements (toolbox talks, PPE, chemical handling), maintain documentation, and prepare operational reports.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, Environmental Services, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in Soft Services or Facilities Management.
•Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role managing housekeeping and cleaning teams.
•Experience in facilities such as residential communities, commercial towers, government facilities, hospitals, hotels, airports, educational institutions, or mixed-use developments.
•Experience with KPI/SLA-driven, client-inspection environments, preferably within UAE/GCC facilities management contexts.
